Before reporting a tool
Check the assumptions and limitation notes shown on the tool page, confirm the browser is current, and keep any original files until a downloaded result has been opened and checked.
Privacy when reporting a problem
Do not include confidential project files, credentials, private documents, financial account details or sensitive personal information in a support message. Where available, describe the tool name, the browser, the input pattern and the unexpected result without including protected data.
